UK
All deliveries within the UK are free of charge (minimum order of £15). Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped out by 5pm the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on a Monday.
Europe
All deliveries within Europe will incur a shipping charge, the total cost will be dependent on the final destination. The final figure will be added at the checkout. We are not responsible for any custom or any other charges levied on the product.

Warranty
All units are covered from purchase date for an initial 1 year.
If the product fails due to defects in materials or design process within one year, we will repair or replace parts or replace said product for free, except in the following cases:
1.Improper use or damage to the equipment caused by transportation.
2.Unauthorised disassembly and repair of this equipment.
3.Failure to follow the instructions.
4.The product is damaged due to the abnormal storage or maintenance environment of the customer.
5.If the proof of purchase date is not provided, the company will have the right to refuse the warranty.
